How can I pay for my order?

Yes, once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders within the Netherlands are often delivered the next day, but this depends on the parcel carrier. Click here for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

We ship to a large number of countries.

Do I have to pay import duties?

Orders to countries within the European Union do not have to pay import duties.
For orders outside the European Union, this depends on the legislation of this country.

Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

After receiving your order, you can return your order within 14 days.

  • We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and packaging.

Do I have to pay to return my purchase?

You can return the item by sending it back by post, the costs are for you.

How long does it take before I get the amount of my purchase back?

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send a replacement or process the refund as soon as possible.
