Is the shipping FREE?
This depends on the country where the package is to be delivered.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
And once your product has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Can I track my order and if so, how can I do this?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with the track and trace link.
You can also track your order through our shipping portal .
What are the delivery times and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders within the Netherlands are often delivered the next day, but this depends on the parcel carrier. See the table above.
Where does my shipment come from?
We ship all our orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Do I have to pay import duties?
Orders to countries within the European Union do not have to pay import duties. For orders outside the European Union, this depends on the legislation of this country.
