Return Policy

We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from our webshop. However, it is possible that you are not satisfied with your order, in this case you can register the item as a return within 14 days of receipt and return it for a refund.

Steps:

  1. Register your return here. Enter your details, print out the return label.
  2. Pack the order carefully with the purchase invoice and attach the return label visibly on the package.
  3. Drop off the package at a drop-off point near you.
  4. Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may be delayed due to processing times of financial institutions.

Important comments:

  • Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  • We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and packaging. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are cosmetics whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items purchased during a sale or special promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do I have to pay to return my purchase?

Returning something goes by post, only the costs are for you.

Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

After receiving your order, you can return your order within 14 days.

How does returns work?

You can initiate a return via our returns portal . For this you need your order number and zip code. You can find your order number in your shipping confirmation email.

TIP: Make sure you pack the shipment carefully. We advise you to use the same package that your order came in.

How long will it take before I get paid back?

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send a replacement or process the refund as soon as possible.

The refund term is no longer than 14 days after cancellation.

Please note that refunds may be delayed due to processing times of financial institutions.
